Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Getpaid, a billing app for private tutors and music teachers, run by Getpaid (preview). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Getpaid lets you keep a list of students, log lessons, create invoices and send payment reminders. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. You are responsible for checking the invoices you send.
Price and trial
Getpaid costs $9 per month after a 14-day free trial. The price is charged monthly in advance. If the price changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We only use it to run the service for you. You can ask for an export or for deletion of your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.
Acceptable use
Do not use Getpaid for anything illegal, to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Getpaid after that, the new terms apply.
