Refund Policy
This is a template. Review it (ideally with a lawyer) and adapt it before relying on it.
Getpaid costs $9 per month after a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Refunds
Refunds are given on request within 14 days of a charge. If you were charged and Getpaid is not for you, ask within 14 days and you get that charge back in full, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email [Your contact email] from your account's email address and say which charge you want refunded. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges. A charge older than 14 days is not refunded, but you keep access until the end of the period it paid for.
